Friendly staff who tried hard to please. Adequate facilities for short breaks and main holidays. Buffet style breakfasts and evening dinner giving reasonable time span for each. Close to beach and Main shopping area. Sufficient parking front and rear when we were there in June.

This budget hotel is situated in the center of the city and is a 5 minutes walk from East Cliff beach. The central rail and bus stations are less than 1 mile away and is a 10-minute drive from Bournemouth Airport.

We stayed here on a Friday night. This was a good choice. Check in was easy and efficient. We liked our room - one on the outside with lovely views all around Bournmouth. The round nature of the building gave us great views. The room was clean and well ordered. The breakfast was excellent, substantial and restfully provided. Staff were unobstrusive and pleasant in delivering the food. The food was hot. Check out was again easy and efficient

We stayed at this hotel for a week and quite frankly it was excellent. We had booked half board through Travelstyle, and for the price we paid one could not expect anything better, it was very good value. The room was small but clean, as was the hotel. The breakfast and evening meal were buffet, and were very good quality. The restaurant staff, were friendly and hard working, and seemed to want everyone to enjoy their meals. Top marks to them all, including chefs Thomas and Luke, their stir fry beef was the best and most tender we have ever tasted , ANYWHERE!! The hotel is situated in the quiet east cliff area of the town, a short walk to shops and attractions.
