Mainsha Restaurant is not a fancy looking restaurant. It is plain and unpretentious serving the most delicious West Indian cuisine.Almost everyone who has tasted the food here rave about their rice and peas with fried chicken and cole slaw.

Here is a review of the restaurant:
I purchased two lunch specials which included rice and peas with fried chicken and cole slaw. The food was fantastic and the sauce that they put on the chicken was sooooo delicious. The sauce speaks for its self. It needs to be bottled and sold seperately, it was so good, just finger licking good. Keep that good food going guys. I LOVE IT! This place is the only place that I would buy take out food.
Gourmet Malaysia is the place you must head to if you enjoy Malaysian food. They serve south east Asian dishes. There are also many exotic drinks and desserts to try.You can try their Beef Rendang, Chicken Satay,Hainanese Chicken,String beans with blachan. The menu is really extensive and their portions are huge. This place is very popular amongst the locals.

One of the best places so far for an authentic Malaysian cuisine....I've had my share of my favorite places here in New York and I can honestly say, this place DELIVERS!!!! Their curries have a distinct taste that sets them apart from the other cuisines .Their Belacan dishes are my favorite. Beef/Chicken Satay, Roti Pratha, Laksa and the Salted large Shrimps with hot sauce, Mee Goreng.., Hainan Chicken...and the Crispy Squid... Enjoyed the food, will I go back again...You bet!!!!
