Hi there!
I'm not Luke Skywalker, but 'm here to rescue you!
I must say the Death Star HR did an awesome thing by asking you to take a vacation! Your choice of destinations are brilliant as well, and it is my pleasure to help plan this trip perfectly!
Since you're based on the Death Star, I would suggest you start with Tatooine, hop over to Bespin, next to Coruscant and end your trip at Earth before you zoom back to the Death Star. Let me guide you through the trip, as I see it for you!
Let's go!

Start with Tatooine, located in the Araknis sector of the Outer Rim territories. Tatooine is a desert world, which was initially thought to be a star. The planet actually orbits two suns, Tatoo I and Tatoo II, and thus the climate is extremely hot and dry. The days can also get extremely bright during double noon, and the water supply on Tatooine isn't great, so make sure you carry a good supply of water, and some protective eye-gear, so that you don't burn out easily!

What can you do on Tatooine? Here are some of the things you should see, while visiting Tatooine
Capital of Tatooine, and Human colony, Bestine is one place where you are sure to see plenty. Visit the Museum of Tatooine, where on display you have a full krayt dragon skull, a vast and varied collection of paintings, as well as sculptures of multi-colored glass made from Tatooine's sand.

Another place of minor importance that you can visit is the Fort of Bestine, which is an imperial garrison , that sits atop a mountain overlooking the city of Bestine.
Or simply step into one of the Cantinas of Bestine to watch the Barefoot band perform!
Known to be one of the oldest planets in known space, geologists seem to think that the desert globe of Tatooine was once covered in large oceans, which dried up leaving many geological formations. These are a must see on Tatooine.

The ones I'd recommend most are:
1. Beggar's Canyon
Formed by the intersection of three rivers eons ago when the Tatooine had water and vegetation. It was home to the ferocious canyon Krayt dragon, and the not-so-dangerous Womp rat. Beggar's canyon is also the site where the youth of Anchorhead show off their piloting skills. While at Beggar's Canyon, don't miss the Stone Needle, an unusual rock formation that rises 18.2 meters from the canyon floor.
2. Dune Sea
Aptly named, the Dune sea is a vast and mighty desert, which was once the bed of an inland sea. Try and find the Rakatan star temple built by the Infinite empire on the Eastern part of the Dune Sea.
3. Mushroom Mesa
Probably the most prominent geological formation on Tatooine it is located adjacent to to Ebe Crater Valley and Waldo Flats. The Mushroom Mesa is famous for all the top heavy stone pillars that adorn the flats for close to a mile.
Of course, don't miss the gorgeous twin sunset from over the dunes.

Next stop? Bespin! A gas giant with a solid core made of metal. While most believe that Bespin's layers of gas are poisonous, and the pressure and temperature are far above what a Human can tolerate, Bespin actually has a a habitable layer known as the Bespin life zone. This layer has an oxygen atmosphere with temperature and pressure suitable for Human life. The must visit of Bespin, Cloud City is located in this layer!

Let's take a look at what we have in store!
Located in the habitable layer of Bespin, Cloud City is a must see when at Bespin.
'If you can bribe a member of Bespin's Wing Guard into taking you on a spin around Cloud City, you won't regret spending your credits. The views are stunning.'

Cloud (Source: liber)
The city floats 60, 000 km above the core of Bespin and has 392 levels. Make sure you visit Level 371-392 that contain the 36,000 repulsorlift engines and tractor beam generators that keep the city afloat and in position
Looking for something completely offbeat and adventurous? Then Port Town is just for you. Visit the most infamous part of Cloud City- Port Town, located on levels 121 through 160 of the city.

The town is infamous for gamblers, smugglers, criminals and outlaws. The area is extremely cheap because of the unattractive surroundings. Port town will give you an offbeat taste of Cloud City, showing you a side of Bespin very different from the rest of the planet.
Don't forget to stop at the Vapor room when in the vicinity of Cloud City. Even though it is a part of Cloud city, the Vapor room is a class apart. This cantina or drinking establishment is located in an unused portion of a Bespin construction platform, filled with tanks and pipes, and is known to serve a wide variety of illegal drinks.

Popular with the locals of Cloud City, Vapor Room is a must visit in Bespin.
Coruscant is the capital of the Republic, also known as Imperial Center or the Queen of the Core. Located in the Galactic core, the most unique thing about Coruscant is that its hyperspace co-ordinates are (0,0,0) essentialy marking it as the center of the galaxy, even though it is not located at the true galactic center!

It is also one of the richest worlds in the galaxy because of the sheer number of trade routes that pass through it.
Here are a list of things to do while visiting Coruscant.
Located in the Palace/Senate District of Coruscant, it was used by the head of the Galactic Republic and as a complex of offices for its Senate. It is walking distance from Darth Vader's palace and Xizor's palace, but is the largest of the three.
It was included on the list of the Twenty Wonders of the Galaxy by the historian Vicendi in 10,000 BBY

Although it has been destroyed and rebuilt a few times, the present structure of the Imperial Palace looks like a hybrid of a cathedral and a monumental pyramid, and bears much resemblance to a Sith Temple. With a total height of three kilometers, and over two square kilometers in area, it is the tallest and largest building on Coruscant.
I suggest you visit the palace by night, because it is a must see then, when all lit up.
Even at night, the Palace never grows dark since blazing illumination from phosphorescent panels, glowspheres, and electroluminescence strips keep the structure in a shower of blazing light.

Coruscant is home to yet another wonder of the galaxy, a network of subterranean caves in the glaciers several hundred meters beneath the Hasamadhi Warehouse District, near the south pole of Coruscant known popularly as the Ice Crypts
Thirteen burial chambers lay at the end of the tunnel system, each containing a mummified corpse with weapons, armor, and trophies of war. Archaeologists believed them to be the remains of the chiefs of the thirteen nations of Zhell, who presumably had fled there after their defeat at the hands of the Taungs in pre-Republic times. It was one of the only known artifacts of this time period.

Unfortunately tourists are not allowed to enter the chambers, so as to maintain the temperature of the caves.
CoCo Town, also known as CoCo District, is a commercial district located in the higher levels of Coruscant. Must visit locatons in CoCo Town includ Dex's Diner, the CoCo District Theatre, Pom Plaza, Pets' "N" Pieces, Bithuband and an archive building of the Galactic Museum.

CoCo Town, which is short for Collective Commerce District is an upper level district full of exclusive stores, restaurants and old-style diners.
Earth , in comparison to planets in the core, is pretty backward, more abundant in water and vegetation, and mostly harmless.

I may be out of date, but are republican credits accepted in tatooine these days. Last I checked a long time ago, they were of no use. Can you suggest an alternate to republican credits. I am no jedi to use mind tricks on the locals.
