In the night the falls has a very surreal feel to it. It's almost like being on the clouds to be next to the falls- white and misty. The lights on the falls only adds to this feel as it turned red, amber, blue and green. You can hear audible gasps from the people around you and the kids just love it and cant get enough of it!

If you go to the falls,do yourself a favour and book a day tour to view from the Canadian side.You will need your passport to enter Canada but much better than the American side.The tour includes the MAID OF THE MIST boat. A walk behind the falls (a let down) and various other stops you wouldnt know about as a first time tourist.The power and the roar is something you need to experience as i cant do it justice in words.Enjoy it, we did!
