The staff were unbelievably fantastic!!!! Peter and Jessica at the front desk along with all the others who's names I cann't remember we friendly, informative and a real pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough about the staff! The cleaning/house keepers were friendly and very accommodating. Good location, short stroll to the water and a decent walk to main city shopping . Plenty of restaurants. Staff were helpful and courteous. The staff makes your hotel!

Ease of getting from the airport to downtown. While on our way to the hotel, we were pondering which direction to take, when a considerate person helped us (it was in fact the concierge from the hotel). We liked the view from our room - overlooking that fabulous library building and towards Canada Place, water and mountains. Plenty of room and of course, the location close to everything - walking distance. Thank you
