Recently stayed at this hotel and the rate was fantastic. Also, had a promo of free parking, which is important in downtown Vancouver. Beyond restaurant was very good and a good menu. Location is good. Yes, the hotel is older, but rooms are huge and super kitchens. No problems with anything. Room clean and good bed. Huge bathroom with counter space. Great, great staff. Would stay again.
Best Western Plus Sands offers free wireless internet access, on-site fitness centre, relaxing sauna and 2 on-site restaurants. An advantage of coin laundry facilities can be taken by the guests. Checker's Bar & Grill at the Sands Best Western Plus specialises in fresh seafood and pasta and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The guests can enjoy stunning views of the English Bay with occasional live music.

The staff were unbelievably fantastic!!!! Peter and Jessica at the front desk along with all the others who's names I cann't remember we friendly, informative and a real pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough about the staff! The cleaning/house keepers were friendly and very accommodating. Good location, short stroll to the water and a decent walk to main city shopping . Plenty of restaurants. Staff were helpful and courteous. The staff makes your hotel!
Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel features an indoor pool and a fully equipped kitchenette in every suite. The suites include cable TV and wired internet with a kichenette and a microwave. The guests can take a sauna bath or workout in the gym on-site. It also features a garden terrace on the second-floor.

Ease of getting from the airport to downtown. While on our way to the hotel, we were pondering which direction to take, when a considerate person helped us (it was in fact the concierge from the hotel). We liked the view from our room - overlooking that fabulous library building and towards Canada Place, water and mountains. Plenty of room and of course, the location close to everything - walking distance. Thank you
